    Therapeutic massage is used for treating and relieving symptoms of a specific issue or injury in pursuit of complete resolution of the problem area. Some discomfort may be experienced during the treatment but will not exceed your personal limitations set during the initial assessment with the therapist. Therapeutic massage is recommended, but not limited, to treat chronic or acute injuries such as neck & back pain, shoulder strain and plantar fasciitis.

    Relaxation massage is the manipulation of soft tissues of the body, including skin, muscles, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Often performed with oil or lotion, the goal of Relaxation massage is to alleviate minor discomfort and improve relaxation. Swedish techniques often used during this treatment are long strokes, circular manipulation, rocking or vibration.
