I had a great experience at Houle Healthcare. I have been struggling with muscle tightness and discomfort for some time and Jeremy was able to relieve the pressure through my legs and hips. I have also booked myself to see a Physiotherapist for next week. The clinic is friendly, bright and clean and staff are very thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it.

I have recently been receiving accupuncture from Kathy McCulloch. I have a complicated medical history and accupuncture in particular has been an aversive experience for me. Kathy has one of the best bed side manners I have ever worked with. Not only does she always go the extra step to ensure I feel safe but she goes about her treatment with trauma informed care, which allows me not to mask my trauma or pain. I always leave feeling proud of doing something good for myself. Thanks for being you Kathy!

Attentive, friendly reception. Physiotherapist Kathy was focused and caring in her approach, modifying my exercises to minimize pain and reminding me that it takes time and rest to heal a knee injury.

I contacted Houle Healthcare after reading several positive recommendations on Facebook. The extremely friendly lady (Kelly)who answered the phone answered all my questions and arranged an assessment with Kathy. I was very skeptical regarding physio in general from the good, bad and ugly I've heard over the years about some physio therapists. I wasn't expecting much going in as I have a permanent foot impairment from birth that causes me constant pain, which over the years I have learned to live with. After meeting Kathy for the initial assessment having her listen to my story and concerns about both feet issues she immediately sprang into action with assessing my feet to find out what the issue was to assist me in bettering my ability to live with my foot impairment and correct the secondary issue with my other foot. She showed me techniques and excersises that I could take with me and provided dry needling. Wow was I amazed at how she was able to pin point and provide such valuable feedback on what I needed to do to relieve help my pain. After the first meeting my pain/swelling had diminished considerably. Kathy made me a believer in physio! Each time I saw her she gave the same level of care as the time before. Kathy I am very thankful for you and your treatment. I can now get up in the morning without thinking about the contant pain. I HIGHLY recommend Kathy and Houle Heath Care!

At a time when our health care system and the people in it are over stressed and compromised, Houle Healthcare is literally a breath of fresh air. They go out of their way to care for and support their clients (whether for gov't funded support or out of pocket, their service is equally stellar). And, they offer a wide range of support - they've not only come to my quick rescue to provide products and services to help me care for my elderly parents, they've also given me fantastic guidance and advice. A key member of our healthcare team that I am so thankful for!
