Mobility Assessments

Mobility aids are a way to renew independence & keep you participating in the daily activities important to you! We want you to live an active & independent lifestyle.

Ask us about the Assistive Devices Program (ADP). You may qualify for funding on select mobility aids & we will help guide you to complete the application. The first step in your application will be an assessment from either an occupational therapist or physiotherapist. The assessment will reveal whether your needs best match a manual wheelchair, power wheelchair, electric scooter or other. We have a list of Occupational Therapists that would love to meet and assess your needs.
